While the Trilogy FROM DARKNESS has a mystery at its core, I would not call the trilogy a mystery. 
So, Book One - Awakening, Book Two - Net of Jewels, and Book Three (coming in the Fall) Returnnnnnnn, are not mysteries.
Unless you think of Life as a Mystery, and profoundly and infinitely  Mysterious - and that I do.
