Where I learned that there are many more levels to lucid dreaming than I imagined.
I've had 2 lucid dreams and they astonished me. Starting to explore again. Began last night. Nothing to report.

The first lucid dream I had was back when I read Carlos Castenada and he suggests that one tell yourself that you will look at your hand in your dream as a signal that you are conscious in your dream. So I told myself that before I went to sleep that night - and suddenly that night was aware of looking at my hand and arm. But there's more. My hand and arm were a beautiful rich blue and white light was shooting out of every pore!

This one for me was a special treat. Dr. Anthony D. Cicoria MD, PhD was struck by lightening, and returned obsessed with learning to play the piano. He did and then began composing or playing the music he said was downloaded while in the NDE state. I've already bought his CD. It's available on Amazon. "Notes from an Accidental Pianist and Composer."

This is an in depth yet easy going remembrance of his NDE. And his music I find gorgeous and majestic. Enjoy!

Fascinating and the entire experience.

I'm thinking, he saw the light. He apparently valued Beauty very highly. It was reported by his sister that just before he died, he looked closely at his children, then the rest of his family and friends, and then beyond them. It was then he said, "Oh wow, oh wow, oh wow!" and then transcended. Such a grand spirit. So positively inspiring to complete our missions.
