Robert Waggoner - 30 Years Exploring Lucid Dreaming

Where I learned that there are many more levels to lucid dreaming than I imagined.
I've had 2 lucid dreams and they astonished me. Starting to explore again. Began last night. Nothing to report.

The first lucid dream I had was back when I read Carlos Castenada and he suggests that one tell yourself that you will look at your hand in your dream as a signal that you are conscious in your dream. So I told myself that before I went to sleep that night - and suddenly that night was aware of looking at my hand and arm. But there's more. My hand and arm were a beautiful rich blue and white light was shooting out of every pore!
