At work learning how to edit video

This is the video shot for the Flo Kennedy Show of me being interviewed and reading some of my poems. I'm leaving the body of the video as is but want to trim a few clips, as I've learned pieces of film are called, from the opening, that seem to be jumping around visually. These happen before the beginning of the show, shot for a Manhattan Cable.

I've never been recognized by a stranger because of my paintings or books but TV does get a larger audience and once a college student walked up to me and said, "Your Jacqueline Stigman!" I was about to ask her how she knew me when she said she'd seen me reading my poetry on this show. And watched it three times! I was really happy that the poems had held her interest. And of course Peter Chelnik who interviewed me also read his poems, and Ad Augeri played the djembe drum so it was entertaining.

I begin a day job project today so it will cut into my time, but while I'm trimming very little from the video I've had to learn a program to do the few trims. I almost know enough to do it, so close. I plan to get it up by the weekend. If before I'll let you know here and on  FB and Twitter.
