Orbs

Orbs as paranormal phenomena are most often described by those who see them as "balls of light" both indoors and outdoors that often move. Seeing them sometimes frightens people but most often people are puzzled as to how to explain them or also feel quite at ease. But what are they?

I'd heard of them but had never seen one. But when I was spending my brother's last days with him before he passed on April 20, 2014 due to lung cancer, I noticed he was looking around his hospital room like he was watching something. Of course I asked him what was going on.

He said he kept seeing what looked like white balloons and what looked like sparklers burning bright. My brother was very scientifically oriented, always wanted proof for something, and had a particular interest in the electro-magnetic field. I told him what I'd heard about Orbs. Mostly that they might be, especially given what he was going through now, people he knew who had passed on and loved him and were hovering near to welcome and guide him when his time came. He wasn't an instant believer but he listened and saw them quite often during the eight days I was with him. (Smile). I spent the early morning today reading this post about a personal experience I found on the net.

Interpretation ranges from UFO, aliens, angels, spirits of the departed.  Whatever they are they are fascinating!
